Hotel Ordynka+ – Terms and Conditions of Stay

1. Check-in Requirements
   Guests must present a valid government-issued ID (passport for adults; birth certificate for children under 14) upon check-in, in accordance with Clause 18 of the Russian Government Decree No. 1853 dated November 18, 2020, “On Approval of Rules for Providing Hotel Services in the Russian Federation.” By submitting personal data during booking, the guest consents to the processing of their personal information for the duration of its relevance, in compliance with Federal Law No. 152-FZ “On Personal Data” dated July 27, 2006.
2. Pricing
   All services are provided according to the hotel’s official price list approved by the General Director.
3. Check-in / Check-out Times

• Standard check-out time: 12:00 PM (noon)
• Standard check-in time: 2:00 PM
  Local Moscow time applies.

3.1. Late Check-out / Early Check-in Fees:

• From 1 to 6 hours after 12:00 PM: 300 RUB/hour
• From 6 to 12 hours after 12:00 PM: 50% of the room rate
• More than 12 hours: 100% of the room rate

3.2. Early check-in before 2:00 PM is permitted only upon prior agreement with hotel management and subject to availability.

3.3. Children under 3 years of age may stay free of charge when using a crib or an extra bed (subject to availability).

3.4. In case of cancellation or early departure, the hotel reserves the right to retain a prepayment equivalent to one night’s stay as a reservation fee.

4. Reservations
   The hotel accepts reservations from individuals and legal entities via phone, email, or the official website (www.hotelordynka.ru). While guests may select a room category, the specific room assignment within that category remains at the hotel’s discretion.
5. Reservation Validity
   A reservation is held until 12:00 PM the following day. If the guest does not arrive by this time, the reservation is automatically canceled.
   For stays shorter than 24 hours, the full daily rate applies regardless of actual check-in/check-out times.
6. Extension of Stay
   To extend your stay, please notify the front desk no later than 10:00 AM on the day of check-out. Extension is subject to room availability and existing bookings.
7. Additional Services
   Optional paid services (e.g., laundry, airport transfer) are available upon request and billed according to the hotel’s supplementary service price list.
8. Housekeeping

• Bed linen is changed every 3 days.
• Towels are replaced daily.
• Extra linen changes are available upon request for an additional fee.

9. Settlement of Accounts
   All outstanding charges must be settled before departure.
10. Payment Methods
    Payments are accepted in Russian rubles (RUB) via:

• Cash
• Credit/debit cards
• Bank transfer

Full prepayment for the entire stay is required at check-in. A receipt is issued immediately upon payment; the final invoice is provided at check-out.

11. Online/Phone Booking Terms
    By booking via phone or www.hotelordynka.ru, the guest agrees to the terms of service based on the current online price list. The contract is concluded only with legally competent individuals aged 18+ for personal (non-commercial) use.

• Cancellations made more than 3 days before arrival: full refund.
• Cancellations within 3 days of arrival or no-show: 100% of the first night’s rate will be charged.

12. Force Majeure
    The hotel is not liable for disruptions caused by municipal utility outages (e.g., power, heating, water supply).
13. Room Handover
    Upon departure, the room must be vacated and handed over to the front desk.
14. Access for Staff
    Guests must allow hotel staff access for cleaning or emergency inspections. To decline daily cleaning, please hang the “Do Not Disturb” sign on your door.
15. Fire Safety
    All guests must comply with fire safety regulations.
16. General Conduct
    Guests must maintain public order and treat hotel property with care.
17. Energy & Water Use
    Please turn off lights, appliances, and water taps when leaving the room.
18. Reporting Issues
    Immediately report any malfunctions (plumbing, TV, AC, etc.) to the front desk.
19. Security
    Always lock your door and windows when leaving. The hotel is not responsible for unsecured belongings. Use the in-room safe for valuables.
20. Prohibited Activities (with penalties):

• Noise between 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM (TV/radio volume must not disturb others)
• Smoking in rooms or hallways: 1,500 RUB fine
• Alcohol consumption in public areas (hallways, café): 5,000 RUB
• Giving room key to unauthorized persons: 1,000 RUB
• Storing flammable, toxic, or illegal substances: 10,000 RUB
• Removing or relocating hotel property: 5,000 RUB
• Bringing pets: 2,000 RUB
• Using unauthorized electrical appliances (e.g., heaters, cookers): 5,000 RUB
• Disposing of waste in toilets/sinks/windows: 3,000 RUB

21. Damage Liability
    Guests are financially responsible for any damage or loss of hotel property, per the official damage tariff.
22. Unattended Rooms
    If a guest is absent for more than 6 hours past check-in time, the hotel may inventory the room contents. Valuables (cash, jewelry, documents) will be stored securely; other items placed in lost & found.
23. Eviction
    Violation of these rules may result in immediate eviction without refund.
